Baltimore Harbor - Pre HarborView, When Everyone Had A Water View

I took the next two pictures on May 5, 2001 from Federal Hill.  The empty piers now have upscale homes on them.

You can see the old Bethlehem Steel building on the left.  Construction for the Ritz Carlton is still a few years away.
